Where do you ship? How much does shipping cost? ✉️
We ship most anywhere.

Free tracked shipping is available within Canada for orders over $150+ CAD (after discounts).

Free shipping is available for countries outside of Canada and the United States for orders of $200+ CAD or more (after discounts). 

Free shipping is not available to any destinations in the United States (US). Effective August 29, 2025 the US ended de minimis tax exemptions. This means every international purchase, no matter the value, is subject to full customs clearance and applicable duties/taxes for entry to the US. As such, we charge a flat rate fee to the customer of $50 CAD for shipping and related customs/duties charges to any orders going to a US destination. 

Shipping rates are calculated at check-out and vary depending on the value of your order and shipment method you have selected.

Note: if you want tracking for packages to the US or International destinations, please select tracked packet options. 

What if I need my order fast?? 😅
If you require a rush order, please contact us via e-mail for more information and rates at info@onyxbodywear.com and we'll do our best to make it happen! Please note that additional fees apply. 

Also, discreet shipping is available upon request, so please e-mail us at info@onyxbodywear.com with your order number and request. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? ⏱️
We generally ship orders within 3 business days. You will receive confirmation of your order and shipping via e-mail. 

Packages arrive anywhere from 5-14 days (Canada and the US) after they are shipped (regular/standard shipping) depending on the destination. 

Local Vancouver orders arrive in 2-3 business days and within Canada 7-14 business days. The arrival of your package also varies depending on the shipment method you have selected. 

Orders outside of North America can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the destination (however, we've found EU destinations to be efficient!).
