Cancellation
- Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement and receipt of confirmation e-mail of your ONYX Bodywear purchase.
- To cancel an order, please e-mail info@onyxbodywear.com with your full name and order number.
Returns or Exchanges
We know you will LOVE our products, but sometimes what you purchase on-line isn't quite what you thought it would be! Please see below important notes about Returns or Exchanges of ONYX Bodywear products:
- Our Return and Exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since delivery of your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on your order.
- Please e-mail us at info@onyxbodywear.com within 14 days of delivery of your order for a return or exchange and we will advise you of the next steps.
- Your full name (first name, last name) and order number are required in the e-mail in order to process the return. Please note that returns are not accepted via DM and only by e-mail.
- Refunds are only provided to the payment method used at time of ordering and will only be processed through the ONYX Bodywear website.
- Returns are not provided for any of the Leg Avenue (third party) products.
- Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (via Canada Post, UPS, etc.) otherwise we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Returned items must be received by ONYX Bodywear within 45 days of item delivery in order for refund to be issued. Refunds will not be issued for items received later than 45 days after original order delivery.
